I'm on mobile right now so don't have the links handy at the moment, but weight can fluctuate/stall for a variety of reasons. Explore different foods and macro combinations to find out what works best for you. The goal is to make changes you can keep up long term. You don't have to choke down shakes or salads you can barely eat or hit the gym for hours every single day. There is a wide array of choices you can make to help create that deficit. The foundation of weight loss is a caloric deficit. Three pieces of generic advice I believe are important:ฤก: Don't burn yourself out.
